Phoenix Contracting has a cumulative 32 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction. In 2003, Michael Free started his construction company and in 2007 moved to his current local business location in Lebanon, PA.

 

Phoenix Contracting abides by IRC, ICC and local codes of each district/borough that we are in procuring necessary documentation to complete the job on task, within budget, and on time.

 

Companies that we have performed work with/for include but are not limited to: JC Penny’s – Park City Mall in Lancaster, PA;   Wal-Mart – Elverson, PA;   Lowe’s – Brooklyn, NY. Recently, we have completed the 5000sqft fit out of Coeruela Restaurant in Lancaster, PA; and flooring for a Lebanon Valley College dormitory.
